◢ PRIVACY
Privacy policy
UXTally saves authenticated report data so users can refresh, retry, and reopen UI/UX reviews. The product does not run advertising cookies, sell personal data, or persist screenshot files unless a future deployment explicitly enables private evidence storage.

Data saved to your account
- Account email and internal profile id needed to sign in and keep reports private.
- Submitted public URLs, optional owner context, included page URLs, and previous-report comparison input.
- Report run state, progress events, report JSON, score metadata, model telemetry, and retry or timeout state.
Transient analysis data
- Browser screenshots, element crops, DOM samples, computed styles, and interaction evidence used during analysis.
- Provider request context required to generate the report.
- Server logs and observability events without user ids or reviewed URLs.
Report screenshots and evidence are used to create the report. They are not stored as separate long-lived image files in the current production path.
Service providers
UXTally uses trusted service providers for account access, private report storage, hosting, server execution, and report analysis. These providers process only the data needed to operate the product.
Retention and deletion
Saved report runs use the configured retention window, currently 90 days by default. Users can delete saved reports from the report detail page. Deleting a report removes the run, report payloads, and progress event history for that run.
Privacy requests
For account-level export or deletion requests, open a private support request through the repository owner. Report-level deletion is available directly in the product.
