Account and reports

Report generation requires an authenticated account. Saved reports are private to the signed-in user and may be deleted from the report detail page.

Paid report credits

UXTally sells prepaid report credits. One $10 USD report credit generates one UI/UX audit report for a public website. Credits are tied to the authenticated account and are consumed when report generation starts.

Payments and delivery

Paid report credits are digital goods delivered inside the signed-in account. Taxes, checkout currency display, payment methods, receipts, and refunds may be handled by the payment processor.

Acceptable use

• Submit only public websites that you are allowed to review.
• Do not use the product to bypass access controls, inspect private systems, or target internal networks.
• Do not submit unlawful, sensitive, or confidential third-party data as owner context.

Report recommendations

Reports are implementation guidance, not legal, accessibility-certification, security, or compliance advice. Validate recommendations against your product requirements, source code, brand rules, analytics, and user research before release.

Availability and limits

Report generation depends on public-site capture, model availability, quota limits, and server execution time. UXTally may return a partial or evidence-based report when expanded review is unavailable.
