Report credit refunds

• Unused report credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• A report credit is consumed when report generation starts for a submitted website.
• Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because each report is a customized digital output that uses capture, analysis, and model resources.
• If a paid report fails because of a UXTally system error and no usable report is produced, UXTally may restore the credit or refund the purchase.

Public website access

Customers are responsible for submitting a public, reachable website URL that UXTally is allowed to review. Reports may be partial when a site blocks automated capture, requires authentication, rate-limits requests, or hides important content from public access.

Digital delivery

UXTally report credits are delivered digitally inside the customer account. UXTally does not ship physical products.

How to request a refund

Email support@uxtally.com with the account email, transaction details, and the reason for the request. Refunds are reviewed within five business days and, when approved, are returned to the original payment method.
